We are two people in Japan who love the same simple trip: a round of golf, then a long soak in an onsen. This site is our notes from doing it — starting in Shizuoka, near Mt. Fuji — written in English for visitors who want to do the same.
We write from trips we actually take, and we say so when a price is research rather than something we paid. A planned first trip for 24–25 November 2026 (a night at Suruga Kenko Land and a morning round at Fujieda Golf Club) was called off before any booking, so prices and timings in our articles are research figures for now. We will update them with real amounts after a trip we actually take.
We do not pretend to have played a course we have not played, or used gear we have not used. Where a comparison is based on official information, we say so.
