Golf & Onsen Japan for Two

Play golf in Japan as a twosome — then soak in an onsen.

Most English guides stop at “golf in Japan is hard to book.” This site starts where that problem actually lives: two people, one round, and a hot-spring stay the night before. First stop: Shizuoka, near Mt. Fuji.

  2. Twosome Golf in Japan: Why Couples Pay Extra, and Courses That Don’t Charge — with a real Shizuoka example: a weekday twosome plan with no surcharge.
  3. Overnight Onsen Stay + Morning Twosome in Shizuoka — coming after our 25 November 2026 trip. Real costs, photos and timings from the trip itself. Draft only until the trip is done — do not publish prices from this page as current.

Why Shizuoka first?

It is close to Tokyo, it has Mt. Fuji on the horizon, and it is where we are actually playing — Fujieda Golf Club on 25 November 2026, after a night at Suruga Kenko Land (a health-land / onsen hotel) on 24 November. That trip is the source material for the flagship article. Everything else on this site is built to be checked against a real round, not copied from another guide.

Indicative costs from our planning (checked 3 November 2026, re-check before you book):

These are planning figures, not a live price check. The flagship article will replace them with the actual amounts paid on the trip.
